萊喫餅 富桂圓滿
香香甜甜的龍眼乾，在物質匱乏的年代，是小孩的最愛。甜美的果香，彷彿能軟化現實的辛勞。為了養兒育女，招弟媽媽常去附近商家幫忙洗衣，而商家老闆娘手中遞來的龍眼乾，飽藏著古早人情的溫暖，以及兩位臺灣女性間的體恤與疼惜，軟甜而不失堅韌的龍眼乾，品嚐之餘，彷彿訴說著艱苦過後的回甘餘味。
【招弟薪創】與苗栗苑裡當地理念相投的食品業者，用那些令創辦人難忘的食材，配合現代人養生、樂活、少負 擔的健康飲食概念，製作符合「招弟」精神的首創產品，並將之命名為「萊喫餅」。

萊喫餅特色
◎ 餅乾保存期限一年，鋁製、不透光包材：採特殊奈米專利封裝處理，極細分子可有效隔絕空
氣中的紫外線、O2。
◎ 秉持真心所以餅乾、口感清淡紮實，富含膳食纖維，搭配開水、茶或牛奶，慢品細嚼，會越
吃越有味道，樂活養生輕食概念。
◎ 純素可食（無蛋）
◎ 使用植物油（棕櫚油）而非酥油與人造奶油，身體無負擔。
◎ 使用真材所以味淡、不添加化學膨鬆劑、乳化劑與防腐劑、人工香料及色素，堅持單純品味

龍眼
在物質缺乏的年代，甜滋滋的龍眼乾，是再甜蜜也不過的心靈慰藉。一點點甜在嘴裡的好滋味，彷彿心裡所有的難處，頓時都可以迎刃而解。 招弟心裡曾經有過的充實感，和古書的記載不謀而合。《神農本草經》曾記載：「桂圓(即龍眼)久服能強魂聰明，輕身不老，開胃益脾，補心長智」由此可知，桂圓(即龍眼)有補血氣、安神、防止老化…等功能，一般將龍眼曬乾生曬或加火烘焙後，就變成龍眼乾。龍眼干又甜又好吃，但因不易消化，一次不適合吃太多。製成適口的餅乾，在恰如其份的內容中，去享受那份甜蜜。

Longan
The fragrant and sweet dried longan was a favorite with children in an era of material scarcity. At times it seemed like the sweetness of the fruit could help relieve the hardships of everyday life. In order to raise her children, Mother JaoDi often went to nearby stores to help wash their laundry. The dried longans that the lady store owners would sometimes give to her were filled with warmth as well as understanding and compassion between two Taiwanese women. The soft and sweet, yet lasting taste of dried longan is like telling us that good days are ahead once the hard times are over.
